Darius experiences a little retail therapy

Suits you sir

Over the last few days the searing temperatures have dropped rapidly and the relief of a little ‘chilly’ and rainy weather has arrived at last  in Bucharest, potentially for the next five or six months. However, being wrapped up and with an umbrella to hand, when the drizzle turns to downpour, autumn days can be just as exciting. Especially when you are young and anticipate a few surprises.

Young Darius has “grown” lately so it was decided the right time to renew his wardrobe with a quick shopping experience. Accompanied by his named nurse and soul mate, Sister Casiana, who is always ready to see him look his best Darius embarked on a little retail therapy.

As per usual, Darius was a little nervous as he was readied for his day in the town. Swept off to the shops in style, he was soon surrounded by the racks of clothes sized to fit filled. He was delighted to be able to select his own clothes and to choose to a degree whatever tickled his fancy. Sister Casiana was there to give him a lending a helping hand and offer some guidance on which colour suited him best.

Once back at St Margaret’s, he was set on trying them on again to show everyone, his new outfits and just how well they fitted. He also made sure everybody knew the details his exciting retail adventure.

His carers are extremely proud to watch Darius grow up, progress each day, and feel just a little blessed that they can offer him another learning experience. The more so since Darius, the eldest boy, in our little St Margaret’s family has an inquisitive mind and is always ready to explore new life experiences and expand his horizons
