A Christmas present for Bogdan

Bogdan and his gifts

Trying on his first festive outfit cheers our day and helps Bogdan get ready for the holidays Winter is finally here and festivities swiftly approaching, although the weather outside doesn’t seem to show it, as we’ve been enjoying some incredibly warm and sunny days and no sign of blizzards. It is that special time of the year when Santa brings presents to well-behaved children and perhaps the best time to learn about sharing the love.

Bogdan is one of our extended family of care and just like most of our children who have lovely and big-hearted supporters, friends and volunteers around them; he has received a wonderful Christmas present from Mary Hogan, his sponsor. Mary made sure to learn more about Bogdan’s needs, about his health, preferences and habits, as she wanted to send him useful yet cute and fun gift.

After Bogdan’s carers carefully unwrapped the parcel, whilst he was keeping a watchful eye, we discovered a beautiful blue onesie made with cotton and great for indoors activities with some nice winter themed prints, a green blouse which features a cute reindeer and a pair of socks. Everything suits Bogdan wonderfully and he will wear them with pride during the cold winter months. His outfit is now complete and when placed near the tree we can say that he is quite festive and ready to welcome Santa and the beautiful and magical time around Christmas.

Thank you, dear friend and supporter, for your thoughtful and considerate gift that will keep Bogdan comfortable and warm during the cold winter months. Your gesture means the world to him and to us especially as it created wonderful moments for Bogdan. Season’s greeting and lots of happiness, serenity and calm and wonderful holidays spent in the company of loved ones!
