Florin and his surprise birthday card "I'm Nine, I'm Nine. How Did I Get So Old?" Every morning, Florin dresses with a little help and stands ready to go to his special primary school. Like any other little boy, he can be quite a challenge at times but he wins heart and minds. Florin has charmed his way into the heart of some fairly important people like Mr Tariceanu, the former Romanian Prime Minister, who contributes to his care. Blown Away by Birthday Cards Florin was thrilled that he was to have a party, birthday cake, presents and birthday cards to open since he started to sing 'Happy Birthday to me'. The presents were just wonderful but the birthday cards, all the way from the United Kingdom, were what took his breath away.
