Rafi, once met never forgotten

This little tornado, once met is never for gotten, for he is the most charming, friendly, welcoming  and dynamic little fellow, that you are ever likely to meet and as result he is at the centre of everyone’s attention.

His most recent set of medical tests of have determined that he has “bilateral neurologic and sensory hypocausis”, which is beyond  hearing impairment and into the realms of hard of hearing, deafness. This will require that he must wear hearing aids in both ears. The CID Foundation specialists have begun the paperwork, paper chase associated with securing the funds needed to purchasing the essential specialised hearing aids Rafi urgently needs; and hopefully the aids will be provided by the Bucharest Health Insurance Fund. But what the bureaucrats give, they are sure to take away and on the same day the CID specialists submitted the claim documentation for the purchase Ravi’s hearing aids they were informed by the Health Insurance staff that Rafi can no longer continue the life preserving interferon therapy essential for his hepatitis infection.
