Bed’s Business Undergrads Caring and Sharing

Students hopeing for  a successful day

The University of Bedfordshire is not only a great place to study but some of this year’s social and welfare minded undergraduates have chosen to support the children in CID’s hospices as part of one their Business Management study units.  On the 3rd  March, decked out in CID T-shirts, they will be raffling a range of prizes including a hamper full of goodies to raise awareness and to encourage their peers to donate, whilst getting back a little bit more than just some prize money.

Rohima Begum, who is part of this young enterprising group shared with Web news, “Hopefully 80% of the funds raised will help fund specialised care for children with the severest developmental difficulties, there will be a least three lucky winners from our student community, each of whom will walk away with a prize and a host of we volunteers, who will have had the experience and satisfaction of an a superb initiative well run.”
