Respite beds and Daycare

Description:

A child with disabilities or needing specialised care may be the final straw for a young family struggling to survive or scraping to get by, with both parents having two jobs to make ends meet. St Andrew’s and St Margaret’s Hospices have respite cots that offer the weekday care, or weekend care that makes it possible to keep families together and for parents to maintain contact .

Your gift will pay for a qualified nurse or a therapy assistant for a month.

Petting Dog or Cat

Description:

No matter the degree of disability or condition of life, we try and make life as normal as possible. In each of the hospices we have seen at first hand therapeutic benefits and joy of being able to cuddle and pat a friendly dog or cat.

Mina, Negritsa and Sasha make their own contribution to the lives of the children. Why not sponsor them for a week?
