Welcome to PineView Retreat Lodge, where our vision for the future is centred around creating a respite space that fosters social integration among children and young people of varying abilities, while also offering much-needed rest for children with complex disabilities, as well as their parents and caregivers

About the project

Our mission is two-fold: to provide respite care and simultaneously dismantle the taboos and barriers surrounding disability.

At PineView, we are committed to offering respite-type care services, engaging social activities, and therapeutic interventions. We aim to provide specialised training for both professionals and families, focusing on the development of complex skills necessary for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, we will deliver training sessions aimed at enhancing independent living skills and promoting social engagement. As part of our holistic approach to wellness, we will also offer a wellbeing retreat featuring activities such as yoga, massage and outdoor walks.

Stay tuned for further details as we continue to develop our plans for PineView Retreat Lodge.
